The Nest

I know next to nothing about the nest, because before the six-world version of Fin Fin could be released in English, the company shut down. So over in Japan they have the nest, but no one else does. It's really quite a shame, because the Nest is where Fin Fin's wife and children (or just one child?) live. I have seen pictures on Japanese fan's sites, and Fin Fin's offspring look incredibly cute. Cuter than Fin Fin. Cuter than Finnina!

From what I once saw while browsing the official Japanese page, there is a flying Killer Whale with HUGE claws. It looks like it would be dangerous to Fin Fin's offspring. I'm sure it never actually gets any, seeing as nothing on Fin Fin dies (the exception of course being anything Fin Fin can eat). There also seems to be some kind of mouse, and it looks like there is a leaf attached to its tail, and it must float around using that. There also are pig and kangaroo-looking animals, and some kind of evil basket (or maybe it's a good basket. It looks evil to me). Hoverflies, Signal Bugs, Hawachi, and Pom Poms also frequent the Nest.

As for the plant life, the nest itself seems to be made out of dried grass and mushrooms. Small Lemo fruit on stalks (rather than bushes) grow here, as well as smaller versions of the Stone Flower, and a purple version of the White Secret flower. Also a plant with blue strawberries, small white flowers that grow in bunches, and some odd kind of plant that seems to have glowing white specks at night. It looks like you're seeing the night sky in a flower.

I'd love to be able to see the nest one day, but I know the chances of that are very slim. Still, it's nice to imagine what it must be like!
